Tuner C Disappeared

Picked up a H7s a few weeks back, it came with open vix. Was having some issues and decided to factory reset the box and learn how to set it up myself.

All was going well yesterday but today my terrestrial tuner, Tuner C has disappeared. It's not in setup / tuners and scanning or in information / devices

Any thoughts on this?

Terrestrial tuner is TVB-T2 not DVB-C DVB-C is for cable you need to change tuner settings example below.

I have this problem every once in a while too. You can power down the receiver with the white on/off switch at the back of the receiver and wait about 20-30 seconds for residual voltages on the circuit board to discharge. Then power back on. You may have to do this a few times but your tuner C will be detected eventually, if it is the same problem I experience with my receiver.
