dreambox 8000 + gets stuck

Hello

dreambox 8000 gets stuck too much will have to restart from power

sometimes when i change channel it gets stuck sometimes when i restart the box it gets stuck test many image it is the same at all

then there is something with the box what can it be any tip?

tested both tuners it is the same error

it hangs when I change the channel then I get turned off from the power

when watching a channel nothing happens it is a problem when I change channel 7-8 times

I tested it is the same there is hard drive and fan that is mounted it can be from them intend to relax them and test

I took out both the hard drive and the fan it's the same problem

I change some channels or back and forth the box freezes, can't do anything until I turn it off from the power

i have tried many image also its same what can do more any suggestions

found another same box dm8000 and they are the same error on it also tested many image it gets stuck like my box it can't be wrong on my box what could be wrong because tested on 2 dreambox? is it image-software-hardware ??? must be one of them
