Trimmed and Updated Satellites.xml 177W - 31.5W

  • Here's my satellites.xml file that has been trimmed to include 177W out to 31.5W.
C-Band has many added transponders from blindscan results. I didn't remove inactive ones.
It should save a bit of button presses when going through the lists in your scanning selections.
Of note is 131W. It is duplicated as I am seeing some transponders needing a bit of signal peaking.
So in your dish mover you can assign a separate memory slot and not have to manually bump it for max. signal.

    "131.0W C-band AMC 11 *" flags="1" position="-1312"

    "131.0W C-band AMC 11" flags="1" position="-1311"

FTP into your receiver. Enter the /etc/tuxbox directory.
Backup your existing satellites.xml file (or rename it something like satellites.bak).
Place the new satellites.xml into the directory.
Reboot your receiver. Or for Putty savvy folks go init 4, do the deed, then go init 3.

No positional assignments have been changed from distributed files.
So your dish mover should be happy still.

    Have fun!
