Vix 2.4 motor issue

Hi i decided to upgrade vix 2.1 to vix 2.4 i did a fresh install it all went well apart from the fact that the image would not run my diseq motor,to check i switched over the connection to my dreambox and it worked fine. I checked the settings for the tuner and they where exactly the same as the previous image,to cut a long story short ive gone back to vix 2.1 and all is well again has anyone else seen similar issue thanks
