Nevermind. Realized the RBT needs to be on an SSD. Once I copied to the SSD, it found the CW from the C8. Success.

it will find all C8 (if any). You can search B8hx and 00hx C8.

Scanned a feed earlier and got a good C8 (see below). Ran the C8 through the CSA tool and it gave me a key of BA1123EE3412BB01. However, this key didn't unlock the feed. Does that ever happen??
