OSCam_Emu ICam DVBAPI & Radegast patch

I wish to compile oscam 11714-emu with this patch. what can i do. i have ubuntu server 20.04. whenever i try the command ssh said lots of garbage in this file.

kindly share step by step process.

May look a trivial issue, but I haven't actually got it up to now.

Where do I place this patch, or I'm I supposed to rename it to bin, and it goes to usr/...

Any light to this is highly welcome

Fixes (hopefully) the problems of v7. And there is a switch in the configuration menu to turn off ARM NEON support (can remain switched on for Mipsel/PC/...)

Oscam_emu_icam v9

- Customization for CMake
- Added compiler parameter -fno-schedule-insns. (Thanks Hacker1 )
- Removed compiler parameter -fno-tree-vectorize. The binary runs about 10% faster with Neon (thanks eldi0s)
- Small change in ffdesca, which is slightly faster.
