If Stream Relay is installed in OSCam, will that solve the problem? Is a patch necessary?

I'm using CoreELEC 22.0 No Piers.
There are no issues German Sky channels work flawlessly with Oscam.

Sorry it was a fault in my system
Version 22.0.9.2 works whithout problems with sky
I update to 22.0.10.5 NO patched and sky dont work
with a new tvheadend installation it works, but i dont understand why
