Can the plugin be customized?

I have amiko viper 4k v30. I had an enigma crash when I set it up like that.

I just asked, can it be customized for Metrix lite skin? All your plugins work on Metrix skin, so I don't understand why this one is not adapted for Metrix lite?

I tested it with the VTI image.

It works very well.

Just a small note:

• Installation → GUI restart

• API key entry in apikey.txt

• Copy to: /etc/enigma2/VisualWeather/

• Starting the plugin:

At this point the GUI needs to be restarted again,

because the message keeps appearing: Enter API key.

It’s probably fine like this.

Can someone explain to me how I can get these images with VisualWeather?

My attempts and experiments with forecast.xml, infobar.xml, and infobarcompact.xml have failed.

Are there any ready-made .xml files?

It seems to be something to do with my box skin, with the SecondInfoBar and InfoBar together..

VisualWeather doesn’t work with the VTI image.

Nothing was displayed on the Infobar or Secondinfobar. I tried it with different skins.

However, I was able to modify your plugin.py for Python 2.7 so that it now works with VTI as well.

I hope you don’t mind that I’m making this plugin.py available here.

If you have the time and interest, maybe you could extend VisualWeather to support Python 2.7.

Your suggestion for Python 2.7 was indeed correct:
