Region Problem Mecool KT1

Hello,
I am a resident of Spain and I have a Mecool KT1 and since a day ago, when I try to play content from different Spanish TV applications, all these applications tell me that the content cannot be played in my region. The Mecool KT1 is connected to my router via WIFI. I have already contacted my internet service provider (ISP) which is in Spain and my internet connection has no problem.
I have not downloaded any application on the device lately that could have modified anything, I do not use any VPN and the device is configured in Spanish. On the other hand, I have installed an application on the device to indicate my location (IP Tools) and it indicates an IP address from Los Angeles - California (USA) and an ISP called Datacamp Limited.
I would be grateful if you could tell me how to solve the problem.
