Have you tried flashing with Firmware?

Put the file onto a USB and whack into box and switch on?

Should flash firmware 'will show reading USB and then Remove and reboot!

If not hopefully someone else will know what's up?

Is it a new box? Maybe something internal?

Any ideas alibaba he's our resident 5kybox expert? :)
