Strange one here that has now happened about 3 times where my box reboots after a software update and the HDD formats and wipes all the data that is stored on it. It has not only happened like today on openatv 7.1 but also once on openbh 5.*. My box is a vu+ solo 4k. Any ideas would be appreciated as I am clueless why it happens.

Yes, just takes a time to re-start as you can hear the hdd spinning away whilst it is clearing the data. It’s really odd as I have had the box for several years and it is only very rarely that it happens. Annoying as that is where I keep all my recordings and stuff that I want to keep as common to all images through omb.
