I've decided to sell my Zgemma H.2h Combo HD Receiver running OpenAtv 7.3
Is there an easy way to remove all my personal settings, EPG, Favourites, Bouquets ETC, without completely wiping the box and starting again

just flash box with new image and exit on setup what good is a device even if you have removed personal settings, EPG, Favourites, Bouquets ETC
even if you just try to remove them they may not even have same satellite setup.
If you are selling it, you are better off wiping it with a new flash.
Then the new user goes through the setup
Unless you are selling to a friend or family in which case. Do all above and give them a nice newly setup box.
Thanks to both, I was worried as I've never flashed a box and I don't want to brick it.
I'll look on here for an idiots guide and give it a go.
And that is exactly why we write guides.
It sounds scary, but its just a step by step process.
You just got to know the steps :)
Found your Guide, do you recommend Manual install or online Flash.
To me the online Flash looks easier,

To me the online Flash looks easier,
you can do online flash but just select Clean ( Just flash and start clean )
Thanks, one last question (I think) is :-

i cannot see h2h combo it could be here
better to press menu > information > about openatv that will tell you model
but if you flash online you it will give you list of available downloads
I know I promised no more questions, but I have two more, if you don't mind
You recommend two USB drives in your guide, obviously I will only need one as I propose to Flash Online but I wondered what format is best for the USB drive and at what stage during the process do I insert it?

you need flash drive mounted and intialised on device that can be ext3 or ext4 by default enigma2 will do i as ext3 but there is also option once you have initialised flash drive to convert to ext4. if you are going to flash online.
but if flashing from usb you need flash drive formatted as fat32.
I have Bad Blocks, do I need to try again or leave it as-is
I honestly don't know does flash stop it does say uncritical i would also think if you stop midway you will not boot anyway
It has completed and working and I noted it say "uncritical" but it says "when no changes" which I don't understand.
i have never seen that error before.
Does your box have an SD card.
If you run into issues I would format that to.
If everything is working I wouldn't worry about it.

Hi, that is normal on Zgemma H.2h I have always since the beginning also when you are using openpli.
The same is at a friends place, so nothing to worry about.

I've got an SD in, but I don't know if it recognised it.
One more thing, I've re-flashed as you suggested (Clean ( Just flash and start clean ) but somehow it has remembered my "Favourite" EPG, do you know how I can get rid of that?

if you flashed clean then it cannot remember your actual favourites , favourites bouquet is added by default. as for epg it can be pulled in when you just select a channel from satellite, or even dvb t aerial. as for sd card press blue button > then device manager to see if it is mounted in mount manager.
ubi error is flashrom on device I did a search earlier on.
