Hi All. RTE 2 HD is broadcasting on 28.2e. The frequency details are 10744,H,22000,5/6. this is easily scanned with a *** box, but not available to viewers on the mainland UK. How can you manually add this channel to an Openbox? I have tried, but do not seem to get a signal on that frequency. Thanks in advance for your help
