is this with vpn i,e openvpn on decoder if so it also depents on proccessor speed .

Hi urie , THanks ! i no have vpn... do you recommend me to use vpn in the deco? I don't know about Vpn, they told me that if I use it it slows down my connection!?

I did not know you used deco and deco what m4 you cannot add actual openvpn to them i have zgemma h9 combo same proccessor as the uclan ,Hisilicon Hi3798MV200 and i was getting 80mb speed on the zgemma. only gettin have a story are you using wireless on ethernet. you could try another speedtester.
