It's not freezed image. Remote is not working. It's common problem with OpenATV 7.x and OpenVision 12.x

you can use openwebif remote to complete the wizard and try to change the remote from input Devices setting

Thanks to your reply ( Ahlawi ) the problem is not remote control omly first with booting start no boot logo and I need to switch my tv off/on to disply the image second no viedio or audio no tv channel working there is signal and channel logo but not working

I tried to change the setting of the remote no way
