  • Let's see if someone can help me.

I did an update of my Novaler and by mistake, I put a .bin of a Qviart 4K in it (I don't remember the model). I took it well and finished loading, without problem.

The surprise was capital. When she did the boot and reboot.

I never get to do it. She has completely died hahahaha.

I plug in the light and it doesn't turn on. The reset button does not work. I have tried with Hitool and neither.

She has stayed, I imagine. No boot.

Can someone help me revive it?

Thank you for your time ¡¡

    Approved the thread.
  • Nobody gives me a hand?

I have tried by RS232 and with Hitool. And the result is nothing at all.

The cables are fine. Because I use them in other decoders.

The emmc.xml files (also perfect, for the team).

    And nothing at all.

    The boot boot was corrupted.

The only thing I can do is connect through Putty and it gives me disconnected boot data.

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks for your help.

  • Thank you michyamrane ¡¡

But as I said, it doesn't recognize usb or rs232 ports.

It is as if it had no electrical current. Instead, I have read several points of the plate with a voltmeter and it gives 12V.

Only with putty does it get to read, the boot. But all of them are unconnected data

  • Impossible. Does nothing.

Connected by Rs232 (I have verified the pins with a voltmeter).

    Hitool 5.0.31

    Novaler emmc recovery file.

    Always the same error.

  • ask novaler team, they will perhaps help you and give you the right files that you should use
