a problem with the emulator

MY OSCAM works well with cccam servers but with biss channels it doesn't how can I solve this problem , please help

my box is magicsee 400 plus android 7 I use oscam-svn11718-AmikoA5-emu-r798

I don't have /var/keys in my box and I can't create it
