Receiver to unlock scrambled Portuguese channels (NOS) Multistream LNB

Hello,

I would like to get a decent receiver to unlock Sport TV channels (NOS) and Canal 11 in Hispasat 30.0W. What receiver would you recommend? How to unlock them in this receiver?

Specifications

• Diseq Switch (I have 3 LNB outputs for Nilesat, Thor and Hispasat)
• H.265 HEVC HD LNB
• WiFi antennas
• HDMI output
• USB Port
• At least 1GB Ram + Quad Core
