Thanks to friend Ziko for his work, but I just tested his post for openpli, on the latest nonsolosat image which is in python 3.9.9, by unzipping all the files and installing them in their places, but the plugin is not present in the list, not recognized.....

i installed on PLi.. (arm compiled myself) v.1.1
but..

enigma2 failed to load: cannot import name RT_ELLIPSIS

vers. 1.0 have another error

We have created an image already with all the libraries inside.
