Channels frezze

    I have a zgemma h7 s and lately while watching the channels I lose the signal for a moment only it freezes. I suspected the power adapter which I changed. The signal is fine. Is there a defect in the tuner?. Please help me.

    I also have a zgemma h7s and it does the same thing to me every now and then. I fixed it by completely rebooting the decoder. Sometimes you need to unplug the decoder from the electrical socket and then reboot it
