  • hmmm... using a text editor is not a problem. but, where should this file be placed? file name?

Is the instalation of your plugin enough or do it needs to install Streamlink or other dependencies as well?

I understand this questions sound ridiculus to you, but it is not for me. So a quick guide with screenshots would be very helpfull :-)

Where are the plugin files installed? Can´t find them.

  • but, where should this file be placed? file name?

Alternatively, you can add lines to any of the existing userbouquet.****.tv files in /etc/enigma2

Is the instalation of your plugin enough or do it needs to install Streamlink or other dependencies as well?

When installing this plugin, all necessary dependencies are installed including. No additional actions are required from you

I understand this questions sound ridiculus to you, but it is not for me. So a quick guide with screenshots would be very helpfull :-)

Most likely it is because you simply do not understand where the files of bouquets (favourite groups of channels) of any Enigma2 image are located, and writing lectures on this subject is definitely not the subject of this thread ...

Where are the plugin files installed? Can´t find them.

Yes...of course...I wrote about it earlier on this forum thread. It is not really a plugin in the "classical" sense ... It is a kind of "daemon"-proxy for "recognising" a certain kind of links in favourite bouquets. The plugin is NOT located in one place ... The streamlink library is located in site-packages, the "daemon" script in python is located in /usr/bin/, etc. This plugin has no GUI interface... It just doesn't need it

So a quick guide with screenshots would be very helpfull :-

So on the branch there are examples of how the lines should look like in userbouquet.****.tv ... why pictures or screenshots for that?

  • So on the branch there are examples of how the lines should look like in userbouquet

RE: Streamlinkproxy Python3 Only! - As an example … why you need there pictures or screenshots?

A little more examples from various video services below

How can I give you that in screenshots?

  • ok, now something are getting more clear to me. Please don´t start from the thinking all of us knows how the Streamlink works. There is nowhere a sentence that tells me to edit the bouquet. I mean, it is not a big deal to give some kind guides on how to configure this stuff without rolling the eyes.

to pass parameters such as username and password for Zattoo, is this also handled inside the bouquet.tv?

I also installed the IPTV Bouquet Maker if it helps?

Someone have a ready bouquet for Zattoo Germany?

  • without rolling the eyes.

You're clearly misinterpreting what I wrote ... I certainly didn't "roll my eyes".

I also installed the IPTV Bouquet Maker.

You don't need to do that ... you just need to edit any userbouquet

from the thinking all of us knows how the Streamlink works

Yes, I'm well aware of that. But I also realise that anyone who wants to understand what it is, why and how - first of all, at least "cursorily" read the thread and google it. You are asking for a ready-made solution for a specific case ... I understand, it's easier that way. Why waste your time, it's easier to use someone else's. :beaming face with smiling eyes: I have given you a dozen examples of various video services in "connection" with streamlinkproxy ... It seems to me that simple logic and the ability to use an ordinary text editor - more than enough to make bouquets by analogy for the service you need ... If not, I can hardly help you with anything else.

  • Someone have a ready bouquet for Zattoo Germany?

I just looked at this service for Germany. It requires registration and won't let me "log in" because of geo-restrictions. Since the video in this service is accessed by login and password - it is unlikely that anyone will give you their ready-made bouquets ... Maybe only in exactly the same form as I did above, in the example with other services, and you will have to ALWAYS edit the files putting there your registration data in the links for broadcasts =)

    Regards

p.s. As an option below are examples for German channels that work for me (they do not require geolocation) ... Yes it is not a service-aggregator Zatto, but as an example + logic + text editor = result

  • Code

Compare the link in the text of the bouquets and the link in the picture... I hope it’s clear how and where they come from?

  • how can I check streamlinkproxy is running fine on my OpenVix box? Just see it in the "deinstall plugin", but not sure it is working correctly.

Edit: was now able to stream ARD Mediathek,so I guess the plugin is working fine on OpenVIX 6.4. So now I have a good starting point.

regarding Zattoo, I have my login credentials, just would be good to get a user example including how to add username and pasword.

Another big question: How to add a EPG to the streams?

    Thanks for your patience :-)

Edited 3 times, last by Relaxibus ().

  • How to add a EPG to the streams?

Nothing is impossible... but within the scope of this topic, this lecture will take up several A4 formats in small print. And it’s unlikely that in this case everything will be limited to using a text editor

    :beaming face with smiling eyes:

just would be good to get a user example including how to add username and pasword.

Is there really no example in the first post of the topic of what links with authorization look like? + https://streamlink.github.io/plugins.html#zattoo

  • just would be good to get a user example including how to add username and pasword.

Is there really no example in the first post of the topic of what links with authorization look like? + https://streamlink.github.io/plugins.html#zattoo

with Streamlink you have a zattoo.config in root that contains the credentials. to use it direct in the bouquet... no idea. will try.

    EDIT: Found a bouquet:

    #SERVICE 4097:0:1:2B66:3F3:1:C00000:0:0:0:http%3a//127.0.0.1%3a8088/https%3a//zattoo.com/live/zdf -l debug --zattoo-email "xxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx" --zattoo-password "xxxxxxxxx":2DF

    #DESCRIPTION 2DF

    for now it doesn´t work...

  • -l debug

What is this parameter and where do you see it in the link for the Zaptto- built-in plugin I gave you above?

    --zattoo-email "xxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx" --zattoo-password "xxxxxxxxx":2DF

Where in the first post of this thread, in the example for "ibbc-player" where the registration data is passed (similar to Zattoo) did you see such a syntax in the url-link query? Such nonsense will not work and it's not the plugin's fault ...

p,s, Try adding to the bouquet like this, but replace "xxxxxx" with your registration details.

    Code
    #SERVICE 4097:0:1:2B66:3F3:1:C00000:0:0:0:http%3a//127.0.0.1%3a8088/https%3a//zattoo.com/live/zdf?zattoo-email=xxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx&zattoo-password=xxxxxxxxx

    #DESCRIPTION ZDF

NOTE: the password ends with ##

    Could this be an issue?

The test pattern comes from the plugin? I have the same on this:

    #SERVICE 4097:0:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:http%3a//localhost%3a8088/https%3a//www.ardmediathek.de/live/Y3JpZDovL2RldXRzY2hld2VsbGUuZGUvTGl2ZXN0cmVhbS1EZXV0c2NoZVdlbGxl

    #DESCRIPTION Deutsche Welle (ardmediathek.de)

  • NOTE:

    What I did.

    1) I connected a VPN with a German IP

    2) Registered on zattoo.com . I was offered a plan - I chose free 30 days

    3) I went to the website with the list of live broadcasts (screenshot below).

    Снимок экрана 2024-01-05 в 19.02.37.png

    4) "Threw" links in the bouquet ...

    Check them out for yourself.

    Code

If you already have an account, just add it to the links I provided above.

    Code
    ?zattoo-email=xxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx&zattoo-password=xxxxxxxxx

    #SERVICE 4097:0:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:http%3a//localhost%3a8088/https%3a//zattoo.com/channels?channel=one&zattoo-email=xxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx&zattoo-password=xxxxxxxxx
  • Used this syntax

    #SERVICE 4097:0:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:http%3a//localhost%3a8088/https%3a//zattoo.com/channels?channel=zdf&zattoo-email=xxxxxxx@gmail.com&zattoo-password=xxxxxxx

    #DESCRIPTION ZDF 2

I removed the special characters for now. After the "channel=zdf" I used the "&" instead of the "?". Anyway I tested both, w/o sucess... :-( Allways just test pattern after buffering.

and your bouquet is working with Zattoo Free?
