Hi. I have a problem with my Zgemma H9S. In the tuner configuration I have DiSEqC 4/1 set and in port A I have Hotbird 13e, in port B Astra 19.2e, in port C Astra 23.5e, and in port D Eutelsat 9e. The problem is that when I go to channel search, I can only scan 9e in port D. The decoder shows that port A is Astra 4.8e, port B is 3e, and port C is 10e and I can't scan 13e, 19.2 for anything e and 23.5e. Thanks for your help and sorry for my bad english.
Zgemma H9S wrong satellites.

Please post a screenshot of your tuner configuration.

Ok, it's my tuner configuration (it's in polish)

That seems OK. Please post a screenshot of the scan settings you are using. Maybe you are just selecting one satellite. Please focus on the screen so that it is clear. You can use the webbrowser to get clear screenshots

Ok, here you are.

Ok, here you are.
Edit: today I lost 7e and 9e. Today I can scan only 3e and 4.8e.

You have a Single LNB ou you have also a Monobloc for Astra+Horbird?
-
For now I have a regular Hotbird, but soon I'm going to monoblock Hotbird + Astra and then Astra 23.5

Automatic scan scans all the available/configured satellites. Your tuner config should not change by itself . There was someone else who kept on having the issue, he was just killing the power to the box and this was corrupting the settings. If you are doing this, please don't always put the receiver into deep standby before killing the power.
Why are you scanning everyday? Please see if manual scan gives you the option to select the satellites you want.

Same effect on manual.

Please post a screenshot of the scanning options you are using. You can follow this guide:
Can you please also attach the file called "settings". It is in /etc/enigma2 You will need to zip it before you can upload it to teh forum. Please read it before you upload just to double check you have no user names etc.

My decoder is very strange ... recently I wrote to you that it shows me the wrong satellites, and today when I turned it on after a power outage, everything returned to normal. Still, I'm curious as to why this happened.
