The file is not displayed in the text editor because it is either binary or uses an unsupported text encoding.

You cannot edit this py script as it is encoded. Only upload decoded scripts, and check wether the py script is already in this forum.
if you have any other decoded py scripts then yes, but coded scripts are not good and not save to run as your hits might go to the author remote server!

No all iptv links will work, some geo locked and some servers do block your ip that you have used to scan. Try different vpn locations.
