Hi Folks,
I have an issue with Zgemma H11s box, I can't get signal from satellite.
I tried use the box in different house(actually 2) and I am sure that the box isn't faulty.
In the house where I tried to connect it other type of boxes has a strong signal so antenna has a signalbut Zgemma doesn't have signal at all.
I used simple settings, coax wire is ok, as works with other boxes, it comes out of the 5 way splitter and I wonder if that's causes any issues,in the other houses (where box works perfectly) wire goes directly to the antena.
If wire goes from splitter do I need different setting in the box?
