Oscam-EMU + TvHeadend no works i need to descramble channels with softcamkey

I have a few days to trying decode and stream encripted channels, i used tvheadend + oscam-emu server in windows, i configure everything that i understand

in tvheadend i have

descrambler: cannot decode packets for service "ISAT"

some people can helpme to configure oscam or tvheadend i think is format or something like that

i have this on oscam console

I installed Windows TVheadend + OSCam but could not introduce the TBS 6903 TV Card.

Are you using a TV Card? Is it possible to add images?

Did you add keys?

In the web UI go to files > other files > softcam.key and put keys here.

Yes i have my softcam key file on oscam server keys are detected

If the keys are correct then it should work.

I use NCam but it should configure the same.
