The userbouquet is working but there is no picon showing , i have updated all picons from chocholousek etension but still there isn't any picon this particular bouquet , is there a way to manually fix the picon?
The stream relay bouquets use a fake namespace. Possibly why the SRPicons do not work. Have you tried using the SNPicons.

Exactly , that is the problem the channel Ref. codes doesn't match the installed picons , but regarding the SNPicons how do i obtain it?

We going off topic here, SR picons use a service reference for the transponder details, SNP picons use the service name.

Okay explain again what exactly the issue is, like i have said elsewhere, i have not had any issues......
in reality my current SNP picons are least 2 years old, so i have not had to change anything there.....
Okay thx you have highlighted a few potential issues.
Firstly SR picons will take priority over SNP picons, so if you use both the SR picon will show before the SNP one.
The advantage of using SNP picons is that when the channels service reference changes it no longer matters, the name of the channel still marries to the picons name.
I have no idea if any of the dreambox firmware like AIO image supports SNP picons.... ( I have never used a dreambox personally)
The OE Alliance images like open Vix, ATV,BH, Spa , Droid etc etc do. I am not sure what VTI do.... but probably something weird.....
How do dreamboxes display IPTV picons ? Stream relay is basically just an internal IPTV stream......
Install the missing picons plugin, run it, upload the output it creates.
You probably mean this "missing picons plugin". I transferred it manually on my box as there is no '*deb.
When using a big list like vhannibals motor settings it stopped reading like you can see at 19300 without notification that it finished.
Difficult to not lose the overview in this csv 
For me I guess it's much more easier to manually recheck them.
Actually, it probably won't work. It checks against the lamedb file, not bouquet files.
Just for reference:
It just installs a python file and a method o call it. I don't think there is a .deb file of it. You can extract it and transfer the python file and then runt the file. The csv files can then be filtered depending on what you want to check.
I contribute to the ocam picon project. We have not added any fake CAID references. I don't know about other picon makers. You are better off using SNPicons.
SNPicons doesn't work for me in AIO image.
Probably the best solution is to make each of the three Sky DE ITA UK bouquets & stream relay bouquets and respective SR picons on my own.
Just look at this funny absurdity. All of the channels in this three Sky DE bouquets decrypt channels but one bouquet shows no SR picons, the other two different SR picons. That's crazy 
Ask the AIO image makers to implement SNPicon code.
With regards to the bouquet with no picons, compare it with the other bouquets. What is different between the service references? If people have to make up a fake CAID, maybe one bouquet maker is using a different one to the others. You have not uploaded the bouquets you are using, so all guesswork on my part.
