Oscam Docker Image TVHeadend

I have read a bit of theAHLU and Chris230291's posts but I do not understand anything.

You need a Raspberry Pi and a Sat 2 Ip server. What software goes on the raspberry ?

Does the docker image with oscam icam support go on the Sat 2 Ip server ?
