I copied the firmware .rar file to a USB drive, but the decoder wouldn't load it. The firmware didn't appear in the app/update...
I solved the problem by copying the link posted above to a USB drive, and the decoder loaded it and it also appeared in the app/update. I reloaded it to be sure.
I'm also wondering if there's any news. It's always dark in Italy...

Regarding some Italian users currently watching Sky It, after communicating with some Italian users, they informed me that they are using a Mars VIP.
Normally, Mars VIP should not work in Italy, but some Italian users have found that purchasing a Mars VIP allows them to watch Sky It in Italy. This is a bug discovered by users and is not part of an official announcement; therefore, I cannot give a definite guarantee that Sky It will work properly on Mars VIP. I'm unsure how long this channel will remain available, and whether it will function properly in Europe and Italy, as the channel is unstable.
Before payment, I want to remind you again that Mars VIP is for users in Africa and the Middle East, therefore I cannot guarantee how long Sky It will last.

I too could see Italians on Mars a few days ago, except for D**n for a few hours, then everything disappeared. Let's hope for the future.
Unfortunately, they've found a way to get more money. I tried it out and it worked for a few minutes. But since my subscription expires in August, I won't give away any more money before it renews because they'll charge you again as if you weren't already a subscriber.
My contract expires in September, and it's definitely not worth spending more money (but does it cost the same as Europe?) since there's no guarantee how long it will last.
In fact, I think I won't renew it when it expires, as I have a motorized antenna, because it costs more and more every year.

You need the Firmware Upgrade Tool and Orginal Firmware i just have some old ones and all needed for to do this

Sorry for the confusion: I am not running MARS. I just want to check for any updates to the firmware running on my GTMedia V8UHD box running the original/factory GTMedia firmware. Somehow can't find the download site for GTMedia factory firmware. Thanks.
