how to switch gstreamer to exteplayer3

    I have egami 10.4 r15 on H9 Combo and I want to use exteplayer3 and I can change with serviceapp that I have installed but I can see in the plug-in list. where I can find?

    or how I can switch gstreamer to exteplayer3?
