the stream relay woks fine but some times the sound is not synchronized

You mean you need Exteplayer3 (5002) instead of the GStreamer (4097) ? As on OpenBH and OpenPLi 8.xStar ?
Storm is part of the Team building the official OpenATV for DreamOne/Two, so it will be surely also integrated to the OpenATV Official releases.

It is not yet implemented on OpenATV, I think. As it's still under tests on OpenBH and OpenPLi.
