I want to ask how to block access to certain ip address and get not reachable (aka no internet)

I used etc/host and it didn't work

It still can reach the target

If i routed it to 127.0.0.1 it still gets response

And if i routed it to 0.0.0.0 it routes to 127.0.0.1 and get response

Is there any way ?!

box is not a firewall, use external device to block ip
