I would be thankful if you recommend me an on-budget Linux based sat receiver box with mini LCD in front panel that supports Picons plugin, up to 200 USD and better to be available in Dubai local market.
Also, supports motor dish (USALS), and embedded WiFi is a privilege.

I do not know prices in Dubai but even here in the uk and I am thinking Gigablue UHD UE 4k it is roughly 276 usd or even the VU+ Uno 4K at 332 usd hopefully other members can help if any other recievers within your price range that have lcd screen,
Buy the tuner you like, install the LCD4linux plugin and use your old phone/tablet as an LCD panel
