And...????
I have seen several buggier images Don’t want to mention them in order not to upset you.
But I must confess that I envy your confidence in your images

what do I need to do on my 820 to get a green screen?

Try changing skin, compatible with the python version of your image.
Try changing skin
if you mean the hd_glass 17 skin, then this is the most buggy skin that I know of, never used it and I'm not going to use it, the problem is not in the image but in the authors of the skins who do not keep up with the new versions of python to update their work...
compatible with the python version of your image.
well, I installed a third-party skin, not what you want, which is adapted for ATV or another image, namely for open pli - there is no crash.
I have hdglass skin also on my 920Uhd…no problems.Have been using the skin since 10+ years

Press bouquet up - menu then settings
Also GS with OpenPli fhd skin!

Reinstall the image because it is simply impossible to clean up all the garbage that hd_glass 17 skin drags behind it. And try it on the newly installed image-there will be no problems.
If the message update image online appears on the screen, ignore the update, otherwise the openweb plugin may stop working after the update.
It’s already the second flashing.I rather live with this bug.

Strangely enough, I have no problems, I tried different options and the receiver you suggested does not go to the green screen
