problem with e-channelizer 4 by sayyid and 16APSK frequencies on satellites.xml file

    The E-Channelizer 4 by Sayyid, after reading and when saving the configuration from stb, deletes all 16DVB-S2 16APSK streams, from satellites xml file. In this way, all the channels in this format, (p.9est iatlian channels), are turning black when reloading the file in stb...

    This was not happening in older versions (p.e. 19.2.0.806 is working ok)
