Hi, if you don't want to create a converter, in the plugin settings you have the possibility to display a warning on the screen at regular intervals (1-60 minutes).

Personally I think this is going off subject , there is an option in plugin to display if vpn working or not .

Perhaps a seperate skin mod section for wireguard vpn :)

With openatv 7.4 when updating wireguard I received the following information: "The wireguard kernel module is not loaded! Check that wireguard is installed in your image.

Via telnet: opkg install wireguard tools"

I have already uninstalled wireguard and installed, via telnet, ipk, feed. And the problem remains.

Check that openatv 7.4 has wireguard installed on kernel (check release notes or ask dev team).

I think no, so you should update your box image.

Hi friend, I have the same problem with the latest version of openpli scarthgate for octagonsf 8008 and for the moment, I have not found the method to solve it......

Been working good on vuduo 4k open pli image but now doesent. It doesent seem to load tools and brings error check if wireguard is installed in your image .If I press menu it says server is unavailable, Running larest version 15.4

Same here. Was working well on Gigablue UHD 4K running Openvix 6.7, but now i get the same message ‘Wireguard kernel module not loaded’. Currently running the latest 6.7.014 and still the same. This probably stopped working from about 6.7.010 when there were some kernel updates, and since then the missing kernel message appears.

When the app tries to download the tools and dependcies it says bad address and they are not getting downloaded or installed.

The app loads but wont connect to a server says cannot get ip address

Hi, Something must have changed in the latest version 6.7.014. The plugin works perfectly.

Using surfshark too and same errors,I tried opkg install wireguard-tools but it doesent work so I guess the kernel changes mean it doesent work.

on latest pli version Only soloution is to go back to open pli version that worked.

Have python versions changed seems strange only some members having problem with pli and openxix no problems with openatv

Changed to OBH latest image 5.5.1.013 and that uses Python 3.12 ,,,,works fine

It’s definitely linked to the image version.

Using latest image released Satlodge 4.0 (with python 3.11.2) , at the end of the installation with telnet, this warning appears:

"depmod: WARNING: could not open modules.builtin.modinfo at /lib/modules/4.4.35: No such file or directory".

When I start Wireguard, the message "Sorry! Wrong image found in flash" appears".
