    Hey Madhouse,


    I need to change my Mullvad VPN from OPenVPN to Wireguard. I tried to use your Plugin.

    I deinstalled the OpenVPN Plugin before installing die Wireguard Plugin.


    I filled the Mullvad Acount Number and create the Private Key. Error Message: Mullvad Acount does not exist. I filled the Private Key manually in the PrivateKey.key. I can see all the Servers but a connection ist not possible. It always shows "not connected" (and I tried al lot of servers)


    I tried to usee own files and fill the configuration files in the wgconfig-folder, the box dont start anymore until I flash the image completly new.


    My system: VU+ Solo2 with OpenATV 7.6 und Mullvad VPN.


    Have you any ideas to solve this problem?

    I know what you want to say and i tried this also. I just add my account number and save. A Message says account not existing. But then the private key is filled.


    I can choose every server, it always appears a message box that the connection is beeing established an then that i am connected but on the right side it always says "not connected" with my real IP and real ISP.

    do a search in this thread for Mullvad VPN I think there may be more info.

    I can get a configuration file from Mullvad and with this file I can connect to a server but (that is a big but): when i use a configuration file the box does not boot anymore. I have no picture and the box stops booting with "Starting..." on the LCD.

    In this case i have to flash the Image. Thats not how a vpn should work.


    I dont know what else i could try.

    Okay. I made some progress.


    I can now connect to a server and it shows, that i use a mullvad vpn. Great so far.


    But now i have no internet when connected.

    I get only a message : Check your Internet configuration


    Any ideas?

    No I don't have any Ideas I don't use mullvad vpn, I did manage to help member on openatv a while back but all the info i passed on was from here.

    and a screenshot goes a long way at least members can see your settings and may be able to advise. just edit any account details .

    Hi, it means that the Dubai server was switched to the Netherlands at that particular moment. You should ask Surfshark why this problem is happening.

    Try tracing the route via Traceroute on that IP address. You'll see if it takes you there.

    Hi, it means that the Dubai server was switched to the Netherlands at that particular moment. You should ask Surfshark why this problem is happening.

    Try tracing the route via Traceroute on that IP address. You'll see if it takes you there.

    it is worth-mentioning that this problem isn't present in openatv 7.6, it is only in egami so is there any setting that may fix this problem?

    Did you tried with another server?

    Hello Folks,

    i tried to run open atv 7.6 with the wireguard plugin, but it doesnt work.
    On 7.5.1 with exact the same settings everything works fine.
    So, when i tried to connect first everything seems fine, then i switch back/forward in the menue, the screen looks like this and the whole internet connection is disconnected.

    Also weird is that im no more able to restart the normal internet connection over the network, i have to use the integrated option in wireguard to get at least normal internet back.

    I did also try to start/stop on the command line, nothing changes.
    Here are some output from the command line ( seems everything fine i think):

    Did you tried with another server?

    yes, i tried using turkey and the same problem is present, i don't know why both switch to Netherlands
