On my vu + ultimo 4k device, Open ATV 7.3 is installed and when I try to enter the dvb-c section, it gives a blue screen error. I installed the image from scratch 4 times but it still didn't work. Sometimes, when I switch to the channel list, it gets stuck. Can you help me?

They are both brand new, installed side by side. Even when a single tuner was plugged in, it got stuck during menu transitions. The tuners currently installed (dvb-s2x and the other is dvb-c) do not have a t2 feature. My old device was quad 4k, I uploaded its channel list, is there a possibility that this is the reason?
Hello, you should make sure you don't have a "C" band tuner, where T2 doesn't exist, and which you can't manage with the digital terrestrial list! Go to the menu and see what type of tuner you have mounted on the box.

works here no crash my box have the fbc dvb-c tuner in the first slot
can you check again usb stick with image no other files on usb stick and flash image again
in start wizard you setup your tuner and you get the crash or later after finish the start wizard

Master, I downloaded the openatv and openpli image, installed it on the device with a USB stick, did the installation, did not install any plug-ins, did not even install a channel, entered dvb-c, clicked on manual adjustment, pressed ok to scan, the device gives a blue screen, after the blue screen, the device returns to normal. When I do the same process again, this time a software problem is detected on your device. It gives a "deleted" message and even freezes occasionally when I switch between channels from the channel list after loading the channel list. Best regards...

To me, it looks like you are importing old settings after installing the image, and as a result, you are getting a defective cable.xml in the image. That's why I've been asking all the time what you did after installing the image, what was set up, and if there was information about restoring, because I cannot reproduce your crash. And what about OpenPLI, does the crash occur there too?
Take pictures of your settings with your phone and post them here, otherwise I can't help you.
