my box worked well alway before , but show stop on LED sudden, reboot many times still same
i have removed Tuner and Fan, clear SIM 2.1 chip also, all still same.
can upgrade other image via website, box reboot still same box can't boot

Check Power Supply, and disconnect anything that could use power, like HDD, smartcards, USB dongles, and you could also remove the Tuner...
Most probably PSU needs replacement.

i used 12V -2A adapter worked well before, and change to use other 12-2A adapter still same stop.

If you want to use newer images in future (OpenPLi 8.xStar with iCam and Dash IPTV, OpenVPN, etc), you could need the Japhar.
But for now check all the posts on the hardware section and you have also schematics, to check the motherboard power part if all is ok, and do the tests necessary.

You told you used another sim card, or you didn't ?
If the problem is the sim card, then replacing by a Japhar will solve your issue, or any other sim card for your DM800HDse (The sim is related to the model and you cannot use a sim for another DMM model instead).

Yes, thats the worst case... but it could be unwrittable because there is not enough Amp from your Power Supply... remember this as well...
