As others are saying it sounds like your box is setup wrong rather than the plugins.
Firstly make sure enigma2 epg.dat is saved to an external device like USB and not internal.
Don't have lots and lots of iptv providers. Both Xstreamity and XKlass download EPGs which can be very big.
Multiple playlists means multiple epgs. Means lots of big files.
Although both these plugins can be used simultaneously. There is actually no need for both.
They both do exactly the same thing, but in a slightly different way.
Maybe just use the one you prefer.
Spring clean my plugins EPG folders now and again. You might have old data in there. The epgs can be rebuilt so don't worry about deleting them.
default epg folders.
/etc/enigma2/xstreamity/epg/
/etc/enigma2/xklass/epg/
If your box crashes when using my plugins, the series data can sometimes not be deleted correctly massively increasing the size of the data I store. if they a few mb and not a few kbs something has gone wrong.
You can delete my json files. The get rebuilt, you will only lose any saved settings or favs.
/etc/enigma2/xklass/x-playlists.json
/etc/enigma2/xstreamity/x-playlists.json
clear your temp folder occassionally. Nothing in there is important.
/var/volatile/tmp
Do not have debug logs unless you are using them to debug. They can soon swell in size.
If you have debugs on clear your logs.
/home/root/logs
And finally don't install every plugin in the world for the hell of it.
If you don't use it. Delete it.
