I have a similar thing on my vu+solo4k and particularly with recordings, volume low and TV set to almost full or full.
Strange, never had an issue with duo4k, ultimo 4k or any of my STB's really....
What are your audio settings ?
AC3 (Dolby Digital) audio tracks or mp2 (mpeg 2 audio) ??
Hopefully everyone has tried this but when a new images is set up the volumn always seems to be set about 60% on the box. I always turn my volumn on the vu remote up to full.

Spero che tutti abbiano provato questo, ma quando si imposta una nuova immagine, il volume sembra sempre essere impostato a circa il 60% sulla scatola. Alzo sempre il volume sul telecomando vu al massimo.
I'll explain... if I keep the TV volume at 100% & let's say it could be fine... but in my opinion it shouldn't be like this

what about HDMI-CEC settings I have forward volume key and use TV remote set to yes on my gigablue and stb volume is always at 100% and Tv normally at 15%

Inoltra anche i tasti del volume sulle mine impostate su sì
Also when in HDMI-CEC settings switch Enabled off then adjust volume to make sure stb volume is 100 then switch Enabled on and save settings.
Inoltre, quando nelle impostazioni HDMI-CEC, disattiva Abilita, quindi regola il volume per assicurarti che il volume stb sia 100, quindi attiva Abilita e salva le impostazioni.

As I mentioned I am using different STB a Gigablue UHD Quad 4k But I think settings are simmilar.
Come ho già detto, sto utilizzando un STB diverso, un Gigablue UHD Quad 4k, ma penso che le impostazioni siano simili.
