Dreambox 920 motherboard defect

    Hello, please can you anybody give me an advise where to buy a new motherboard for this type of a box? Unfortunately I have bought a specimen with a defective motherboard (it constantly freezes even in standby mode) and I'm sure it's from a defective series that is known to have a defect on the motherboard. Is it possible to get this original working motherboard anywhere and how difficult is it to replace it? Thank you for an answer in advance...Pruducer the Dream Property GmbH, Lünen, Germany did not respond to my inquiry about the defective motherboard at all?!

    Hello everyone, I have a dm 920 uhd, the device works but I want to upload an image to the flash but it does not receive an ip and the exclamation mark image remains on the screen, I am always waiting for the ip to come, it did not come but when I turn the device off and on, the device turns on

    What image do you have on your dreambox 920hd? Go to the menu on your remote and press Standby/Restart and after that press Recovery Mode and wait for the address to appear on your display in dreambox 920hd.

    Reboot your modem/router, often this is a network issue, and be sure you connected your DM920UHD to your modem/router directly (if you have switches, you can always turn them off and on again, just to be sure all is good),
