Its sounds as though you dish is not in line. The dish needs to be so accurate to get a signal and that is why most of us use satellite meter.
try dish pointer (satellite finder) app if you havent got a sat finder tool.
I tried it , i aligned my dish with the app and still the same
It still looks like your dish is not aligned. Have you ever installed a dish before if not you might not be aware of how accurate you need to be. You cannot simply point the dish in the direction you think it should be as it could be out east to west or up and down.
