receiver shows signal but when you scan the channel is not found

have you got the scan set to full 28.2e satellite and not just a transponder
have you got the scan on the correct tuner.

Things you can try.

Unscrew and screw back in the cable.

Re-end your cable.

Turn your box on and off in case its got confused.

Use Actual Sattelites.xml 28,2 Satelite dont works with older Sattelites.xml that is included in most Images

And if in the UK you can also download and use autobouquetmaker plugin which is more organised than just a general scan.

Please confirm:

You have two LNBs. One points to Astra 28.2e and one points to badr 26e. You have two diseqc switches. Two wires from each LNB to both diseqc switches. Two signal wires from both diseqc switches to both tuners?

Is the above the hardware that you have? If not please describe fully. Draw a rough sketch if needed.

Use this command (screenshot will be found in /tmp folder):
grab -o -p /tmp/grab.png [change grab to the file name you want it to be] shows OSD only.
grab -d -p /tmp/grab.png [change grab to the file name you want it to be] shows OSD with channel.

OpenWebif Plugin:

Start OpenWebif > Box Control > Grab screenshot
This will load a picture into the main window.

1) right click this image. Save As. Save them to your computer.
2) right click this image. Copy image.. then paste into a graphics…

Tuner configuration must match the hardware. You have told the receiver that you have one type of hardware, but in reality you have something different. If you have not got the same hardware connected to Tuner B as what is connected to Tuner A, you must not tell receiver it is equal to tuner A.

Please explain fully what dish/LNB/diseqc hardware you have. Draw a picture of it is easier. Guessing and assuming could be wrong.

You will not receive all transponders on 28.2e because of where you are.

These two frequencies (12525 V 30000, 11675 V 30000) do not exist on Astra 28.2 and Badr 26. It seems that some other satellite is involved.
