***box m3 help me please

    hi every one i a have ***box m3.c line is vorking excllent in my home.But i bought another ***box m3 for my friend c line didnt work he's house.i tested my home working excllent.he's internet *** and *** router.my internet is bt.i tryed roeter port with my labtop working good.on ***box m3 i went to menu and net work and dhcp on on come out menu and reboot i done like that mut be c line work. please help me...thank you

    do you try to make the same c line in twobox in different ip not possible work

    ok wats i think just reset factory if not , put the firmwaire again or dumflash the firmaire working in your house in to usb and put it on his box and try it

    the test is take his box in your house and if he work ok ,so in his house smothing rong
