To anyone in this forum scrolling this thread would like to know if you have a 7020HD version 1 clearing streamrelay channels. My box freezes. Either it is an issue with my box or with the model.

This freezing occurs both with newenigma2 image and openpli8 or 9star.

Streamrelay works perfect on 800se and 8000HD boxes.

I have at least 5 of these boxes, contact me by email (t o y s o f t s @gmail.com) so I can check with the exact same installation as you have (you do a backup of it with my backup tool) and then I will tell you exactly the behavior with my DM7020HD boxes,

It's a command line tool, you launch with the .sh script, in the /hdd/dreambox folder and add the option /media/hdd so it stores the .nfi file on /media/hdd

Yes, ftp the file tar.gz and unpack it on the /hdd, with the command "tar -xvf" + name of the tar.gz file,

Then you have the scripts on the dreambox folder (/media/hdd/dreambox), that you can run to generate the nfi file, the backup.

You can install in the usb, no problem

Then once installed on your usb you will have to go to the folder dreambox on usb and send command

./backup_dm7020hd.sh /media/usb

Above, you have the command to send with telnet/ssh/putty when you are in /media/usb/dreambox and it will generate you the .nfi backup file.

Got it, you have an email, yes reboot and delete the temporary file.

Your DM7020HD, is a v2 (DM7020HDv2), hopefully I have v1 and v2 to test, look at the sticker below, so it's a 512Mb/1Gb (RAM/Flash)... testing.

ok send this command when you are in the folder,

"dos2unix *.sh"

Error on the EOL, did you tried to modify or read the file with an editor ? Did you unpacked it with the tar command or used a windows computer to do it ?

dos2unix *.sh .... (none happened)

but then after writing again

./backup_dm7020hd.sh /media/usb... it worked...

It is backing up the image.

Have no idea what the first command did but it worked.

the dos2unix removes the ^M at the EOL (End of Lines), to the files finished here by .sh
