You can report the problem on the drembox board, but since the SW development is finished, I think there will be no fix for the problem for OE25. 
I think the terminology needs to be correct when reporting it so people can look at it properly. It isn't a DVT issue, it is a "ci" issue.

Your Terrestrial channels are encrypted, you need to use a CI unit to decrypt them. It is the fact that the CI unit is being used that needs to be fixed. Unencrypted Terrestrial channels won't have the problem you have.
Can you please list all the commits made to fix the problem so that other image teams can pick them into their images please?
I suppose that is related to tuners handling and assignment...
I am not sure what Egami uses for a base..
If it uses oatv then no chance to fix that since they have refused to include my changes....
Otherwise they have to take all the commits related to dreambox from vix repo....
P.S. There is a dm9x0.patch that contains most of the changes (in the repo of openvix)
