Dreambox Two - genuine

Hello. DtreamTwo is a device based on DreamOS OE2.6. The installation packages should have the extension *.deb and not *.ipk.

I recommend changing the software to e.g. NN2 or Merlin.

Dream one and two all are genuine I.e no copy

The easiest thing as a beginner to get a back include every thing then after you familiarize your self build your own image

If you want to install the "usual" ipk, you need to use an open image, such as OpenPLi, OpenATV, BlackHole or PurE2,

DMM images will need .deb packages and act as DMM images, and not open images naturally...

those: OpenPLi, OpenATV, BlackHole have been updated recently and well tested on Dream one/two

cccam and poweru not work in dreamone and dreamtwo

so OSCAM and NCAM

can't tell with a DM Two, but i have the best experience with GP4 on my DM900-UHD - with this image the receiver run's very stable

all the "open" images (and i tried a few of them) caused all sorts of troubles on the DM900

You can't experiment much on that box because there are only 3 Open images on it and even those are unofficial images. OpenATV, OpenPLI and OpenBH and none of them can be said to be error-free. The best one is currently, in my opinion, but clearly OpenBH, which was put together by storm_breaker.

Hello, although Open images work almost correctly on DreamTwo, I recommend staying with DreamOS software.

NewNigma2, Merlin, DreamElitte

If you have a little more knowledge and patience, you can even check Enigma5 in AIO images

Storm is behind the OpenATV official version as well (with Captain), as the OpenBH (his main image), and we (I) first built the OpenPLi, souces that are used now for OpenBH (not official) and OpenATV (Official or past no official version) by Storm that is taking a lot of time to get all working properly, thanks to all his hard work.
