[DreamOs] EPGImport Mod.

Newnigma2 - sorry for the abbreviation, thought it was a usual way to put it.

Happy to do so - the question however is HOW to launch the plugin since anything younger then 1.91 does not seem to appear in "Extensions". And that´s true both for DreamTWO and DM920

Thanks Lululla for your work and support here. It does meanwhile ALMOST work. Plugin works both on DreamTWO ad DM920. Import from GIT, add own source via Bouquetmaker or whatever tool and then download events from own source. Imported almost 1,000 events successfully.

The imported events just do not show up yet...

And for everbody (like me till about two hours ago) not knowing where to put the content of the above ZIP-File:

\usr\lib\enigma2\python\Plugins\Extensions

Still fighting here - I just notice two aspects (use case is IPTV btw):

- The plugin lets me define where to put EPG.DAT. However, it does create an EPG.DB file rahter than .dat. Do I need to "tell" the dreambox where to look for that file and how/where?

- in /etc/epgimport, there is a custom channels.xml file containing something like this

I´d assume that "example.m3u8" would need to be replaced by my actual m3u data, right? If so, in which format and do I leave

i tried to run Epgimport with green button from EpgGrabber because i can not find Epgumprt inside plugins . i wrote yesterday Epgimport folder is not exist

after isastall ver 3.2, Epgiport is not invisible dm920 - mERLIN iMAGE

On my device, the plugin version 3.1 was installed

When I overwrote the new version 3.2 over the old version, the plugin became invisible

I uploaded it as a file to solve the problem

3.2 installed successfully on dm920 GP 4.2

I reinstall the plugin and it will be visible on plugin list

while the old version 3.1 is installed on the device,

I am talking about overwriting with the following command given to telnet

"dpkg -i --force-overwrite /tmp/*.deb"

in the sense of replacing the old one with the new one

You're doing a good job, the 3.1 is 90 percent good, it's a pity that the 3.2 can't be installed on my DM one and DM900
