could some boday explain how to put a ipk emu oscam in to a pli image in the menus thanks car

OpenPli already has a green button (softcam) in the plugin menu, you will find the compatible emu for the software that is in use and if there are new software they are very up to date and you can decide which one to download and use.

As above, install it from the plugin server. However, be aware that PLi 9.0 does not have the stream relay coding, you will have to use dedicated bouquets. The code will be in 9.1. It is in the developer image already.
