CI+ (HD+) funktioniert nicht

why do you use CI+ Cam? use softcam like Oscam or GBox for your HD+ (?) card and insert it into the internal card reader of your Vu+ Box

I personally use my HD+ 02 with oscam, no problem... but it really depends if you have or not the RSA key.

For the CI+ Cam needed, there could be different versions... so it could be good to do as for Tivusat, to have a compatibility table with enigma2 images.
